Padangbai Booking shall not be liable for any loss, damage arising from transfer of luggage between the vehicle and the boats or accommodation.

Padangbai Booking shall not be liable for any loss which may arise in the event of cancellation of the service or the abandonment of the service because of delay in the service. In such an event the company shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, transportation, or any alternative of travel which may arise additional expense so arising shall be the responsibility of the passenger.

The passengers shall comply with the instructions of the company’s servants and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and shall comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel.

Each passenger is entitled have to bring one luggage and one hand bag per person. The passenger shall not carry onto the vessel or include in luggage any Explosives, corrosives,  highly flammable liquids or anything likely to endanger the vessel, other passengers or goods.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION POLICY

The booking can be done through instant booking or enquiry booking depending on Padangbaibooking.com services availability. The product's pricing are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in IDR using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com. For every successful booking transaction the customer will get a voucher and receipt a payment confirmation by email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction. If the email goes to your spam box, please mark it as As Not Spam' for your future benefit. Should you not receive the voucher, please contact us. User / buyer should print the voucher or save the voucher in their gadget (e-voucher) as user must show it to Padangbaibooking.com staff. User should contact us, if staff refuse to deliver their service(s) so we can solve it immediately.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Padangbaibooking.com reserves the right to act to cancel the reservations that have been made which is not in accordance with the service, such as reservations made or the journey starts from the island of gili, Lombok and Lembongan where our service starts from Padang Bai.

Padangbaibooking.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation that has been made if the boat does not depart due to bad weather, it's for the safety of the passengers.

Padangbaibooking.com reserves the right to share with other boats if the reserved boat does not depart due to technical error such as damaged machines .

Cancellations by guest ;

  • If cancellation more than 1 weeks before the departure date will receive a full refund (minus any charges applied to make the refund).

  • If cancellations made more than 36 hours, but less than 1 weeks before departure date will receive a 50% refund.

  • If cancellations made less than 36 hours or no show from the departure date will receive no refund.

  • This cancellation policy overrides any of the boat companies individual cancellation policies and all refunds will be made by Padangbaibooking.com.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY
